Marketing Technologist

At WORKSUITES, we like to tightly integrate our marketing and technology abilities. Help us build and manage our marketing technology stack by finding and creating ways of integrating our sales, IT, and marketing systems. You’ll be working directly with senior leadership to create and implement new ideas and improve processes and applications.


This is a hands-on role. You’ll be an idea creator, project manager, and individual contributor. All of us at WORKSUITES embrace this work ethic and style.


This is a new role and you’ll be and able to shape much of it to fit you. You can be more marketing focused with tech-savvy skills, or more technology focused with marketing skills.


Essential responsibilities will be:


  • Manage our online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads. You should have a keen understanding of these ad systems, especially Google, and how conversion tracking works with each of them.
  • Be our resident SEO expert. Aside from knowing your best keyword goes in the H1 tag, you should know things like SEO implications of single page apps (SPA’s), how to effectively use secondary and long-tail keywords, and how to get some good link juice.
  • Dig into data and perform analysis, find trends, and measure performance. Do we convert more leads after a long weekend? Should we adjust our ads then? You’ll find out!
  • You’ll develop a strong business relationship with our IT and Sales leaders and help us align marketing and sales technologies.
  • Be part of the team responsible for our website. How it looks, how it works, what it says, and how did that most recent change work out for us.
  • Work with sales to create drip campaigns and automate messaging and follow-up where possible.


Experience and Requirements

  • Demonstrate that you have education and/or experience in both marketing and technology/software.
  • Be a fast learner and keep up with current trends and new technologies.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and innate work ethic.
  • Be intrinsically motivated and a self-starter. You’ll be working with similar people.
  • You must have experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Know how to show your data and tell a story from it.

  • If you have experience with any of the following:
    • VueJS, NuxtJS, NodeJS, Javascript, SQL queries, Zoho Analytics, Zapier

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year
